To help with this, we now have access to cutting edge technology allowing you to do virtual walk throughs via your computer, your tablet and even your smart phone. This will let you immerse yourself into the property as if you were really there!
Virtual walk-throughs
For existing home searches, where permission is granted, we will take 360 degree room shots that will let you navigate around the property as if you were there at the open. This will save you valuable time in cutting down property choices by “feeling” the home without even going there. This extends to streetscape shots so you can check out the neighbourhood as well.
