After doing our research we will recommend a property to you and you will have final say on its selection. From there, we will set about securing that property for you.

Whilst many properties for sale can be found on realestate.com.au and alike, many vendors prefer privacy and discretion so there are sales occurring in the market without the main public being aware the property was even for sale. We are partnered with leading agents giving us access to such properties for you. We also have developers and investment specialist groups who provide us off market stock where we can choose from a large number of properties that are not available to the wider public. Accessing our networks is an excellent way to get ahead of the average investors.

For clients looking for existing homes, we listen to your wants and needs, we then locate, evaluate and negotiate, then we look to secure the property for you. This full service includes working with your Mortgage Broker or Lender then assisting with contract completion and satisfying any conditions if applicable. Our full service is 1.1% of the purchase price. For many clients, it takes them off the property merry go round as half the battle is knowing which suburbs will satisfy your needs all within your budget estimate. For others, we save far beyond our fee amount in reduced price due to our experience and honed negotiation skills.
Subject to Foreign Investment Review Board approvals and affordability, we can certainly help overseas investors get into the Australian property market.
We offer a negotiation only service where we work with you to analyse the market then assess a suitable price to offer and negotiate on your behalf.
We also have auction bidding services where the same amount of pre auction analysis occurs.
We will discuss our professional fees with you directly on these services.
For clients looking to build or buy new off the plan, we have access to builders and developers, who have pre approved stock not readily available on the open market. We also specialise in finding land, then managing the build process for you from design right through to handover. In most cases, in the new property world, we are paid by the builder or developer for introducing them a client so this type of transaction will generally be fee free to you and you get our expertise overseeing the whole transaction from start to finish.
